ive been looking for a while, and im tossing up between a 2nd gen ipod touch 16gb, or a 2G iphone.

ive looked on ebay a bit, is there anyone here that may be selling one for any reason?

or, what can i expect to pay for a 2g 16gb iphone? how about 8gb?

even if anyone has directions to a seller or something, any help is appreciated. ive looked at whats on offer on ebay, but yeah.

I think you should get sim city I have the game on the 360 and on regular xbox but not on the iPhone but I like the sims so u shud get it cuz slot of people play it

Did you try rebooting? If that doesn't work restore from your last good backup. I had the problem frequently on ver 2.1 but NEVER on ver 2.2, so upgrade!

PS-I am using iPhone3G 16g rather than iPod Touch but it used to be a common problem with both; not so much, since ver 2.2.

1. Should I get one? Why?
2. Are they good for gaming?
3. Are there any programs you can't install on it?
4. Which one is the best to get?
5. Do you only need to get the Monitor?

Hi to all at MyBuzz , just after some opinions on this iPhone. It really is about time I upgraded my phone & Ive been considering the iPhone but Ive had some conflicting opinions from friends.

Is the battery life bad, how long will it last when turned on & also how long before the battery is no good ? Is it true its basically cheaper to buy a new phone than replace a Apple battery for the iPhone or iPod etc ?

Ive never owned a iPod or any of these "cool" new toys & I was thinking if I got the iPhone it would basically cover all my needs, phone, music, video, apps & games for when not at home. I dont need a iPod on its own as I dont think Id ever want to have 80gig of music at my disposal so the iPhone should be fine.

Ive been told that I really should wait for the next generation maybe in the middle of next year, any opinions on that ?

Finally, how well does the iPhone function as a phone ? ,as it will proberly get more use making calls or sms than anything.

there is a 3rd party application called ants which lets ants run around your screen. like WOWWWWW

its supposed to be available off installer but its not there and i have the correct source.

Does anyone know how to get your apps on the springboard to be fixed to a permanent position...because everytime my iphone resprings...the apps are all shuffled and out of place...and it is very annoying to drag them back into place all the time!

I had my ipod touch jailbrocken but then it crashed on the infamous apple logo. So i was wondering what is the best way to jailbreak it?

Quick Pwn? what program?

EDIT: Quick Pwn doesnt work any more.

Every time i use quick pwn it stays on the apple logo screen for about 5 minutes, then goes to the sync screen and after i slide to unlock the icons (installer and cydia) are not there.

Hey I torrent a LOT. And as such I need to be able to start and stop wherever I go. Thanfully I can connect to my client's features through a web browser to restart pause remove etc. But I don't know how to upload.

Can an Iphone download a file then upload it?

ie a torrent file then upload to my computers webpage?

Hey, so I might be selling my Wii soon and getting an iPod touch, and I have a few questions.

First of all, should I get the new 2G one, or the older one, the new one looks nice, but the old one's jailbreakable.

And, do all iPhone apps work on the iPod touch?

Well guys, I have firmware 2.0 jailbroken and was wondering how to update to the latest firmware WITHOUT loosing all my non-official files e.g. apps from cydia
